注意力不足過動症（英語：attention deficit hyperactivity disorder，縮寫為ADHD），是神經發展障礙的精神疾患。它的特性是難以專注、過度活躍、做事不考慮後果等等。

注意力缺陷過動症：根據DSM-IV的診斷標準，兒童的行為表現不適宜，會有注意力缺失、容易衝動、及活動量過高(與同年齡兒童比較)的情況，而且這個症狀持續了六個月以上。
